my overall experience was that leadership was in the midst of a big shake up at the time, and everything felt quite tense, not many people were hitting quota, but those that were, were exceeding it by a lot. Travel and expenses were rather more strict than I have been used to at other firms.

Great opportunity and potential for quality earnings and life style. Need to invest in sales engine tools and increase industry vertical marketing. Be prepared to network internally as well as externally for your clients/prospects.
