Avoid. Senior and specifically Sales Leadership is out of touch, lacking direction and understanding of both the industry and employees. Good product but it was hard to sell - required companies to have a strong level of organizational maturity and cross-functional alignment. my overall experience was that leadership was in the midst of a big shake up at the time, and everything felt quite tense, not many people were hitting quota, but those that were, were exceeding it by a lot. Travel and expenses were rather more strict than I have been used to at other firms.
