If you can't play the politics game I wouldn't recommend being here. However this company is great, the perks are great. If you get the opportunity to work here take it. But again, if you can't stick to the politics don't expect anything.

If you have a manager that is willing to give you runway (6-9 months) to ramp properly, learn the industry and company etc, you can be very successful at Pendo. But you need this. Some managers are expecting you to hit a ramped quota in your second quarter. It’s stupid. If you don’t get this at Pendo you’ll only be successful if you’re lucky.
