Really good product but hard for customers to use. Some customers receive value but most struggle to get live or actually achieve business goals. They are hiring a lot of sales people, because many have left as they aren’t even close to quota.

Inbound Lead/Opportunity Flow is the sole responsibility of the reps. Plenty of inbound activity for Mid-market and certain Ent reps, but the majority is super dry. Customer sentiment towards the Pendo product is usually positive.

The culture at Pendo has seriously plummeted lately especially for females. A lot of females are leaving due to the “sales bro” culture that is being cultivated.

Good overall incentive structure in place. That said, the product market fit is weak in the EMEA Enterprise space with little to no support from marketing or SDR channels, which puts disproportionate expectations on AE's to source 100% of their own pipe.
