Books of business change quarterly or sometimes multiple times a quarter so establishing relationships is impossible. I’d run not walk away from this role if you are interviewing.

Current Employee3.7Jun 1, 2025If you have a manager that is willing to give you runway (6-9 months) to ramp properly, learn the industry and company etc, you can be very successful at Pendo. But you need this. Some managers are expecting you to hit a ramped quota in your second quarter. It’s stupid. If you don’t get this at Pendo you’ll only be successful if you’re lucky.
