Pendo has been struggling to meet the needs of enterprise customers and get them to value for some time now. For this reason, it’s hard to upsell them. Books of business change quarterly or sometimes multiple times a quarter so establishing relationships is impossible. I’d run not walk away from this role if you are interviewing.

Potential with the company. The product works very well but this company has lost sight of the ICP, drastically over hired and continues to set unattainable forecasts and quotas
