Rudderless ship, doesn't under Enterprise seller needs, very immature buyers and not a must have platform. Competition is heating up and the gap is closing quickly.

Despite itself, Pendo is not able to navigate or support large enterprise deals. As a rep, you don't have an account team. You don't have leadership support. And while there's some decent first line managers, its stops there. You will work more hours, and put in more effort than any other job you've ever had. Change was constant and erratic. If we missed a number the reaction was emotional and swift. I do not think the CEO is equipped to lead them where he wants to go (was amazing to this point but out of his depth). Whole space has become a "nice to have".

My experience was overall decent, but the org has a lot of internal politics going on, especially in the sales department. Org also is relentless in laying people off at any given moment
