No raises ever. Dry promotions seems to be how they operate, comp structure has changed at least 4 times in 2 years and it’s virtually impossible to become an AE here as an SDR. (Only one AE is a former Phenom SDR)

Is there room to negotiate an offer? If so, how much. as the base/OTE's are well below the competition in the space as well as the SaaS space as a whole. Any talks about them raising base salaries or merit increases year over year?
