Former Employee Tough organization to work with. Lots of micro-management with many internal barriers to getting things accomplished. The reps that have been there 5+ years have it figured out and have the relationships to get things done. New employees struggle to understand the complex processes and the level of reporting on activities. Regions and compensation plans make it difficult to achieve targets. Many verticals and size limitations, it's up to luck if you end up with a team that has good opportunities.
Product has a lot of great innovation, but partnerships make it difficult to position and much of the processes are in place to sell the original product functionality.
