Current Employee Pros: Phenom is a place where high-performers can make an incredible living. It’s an uncapped commission scale, so there’s tons of potential. The platform is a trailblazer in terms of its ability to solve problems for companies.
Cons: It is a long deal cycle and HR typically has the least power to make purchases, so the sell is extremely difficult.
