My overall experience here has been pretty good. Decent inbound flow but the leadership is iffy. Some people know what their doing and others have no idea. Kind of a toss up.

My experience was relatively good. Plaid is a company built by high performers for high performers - so, do not expect any hand holding. I, unfortunately, had my lead leave the company the day I joined and was then subsequently impacted by layoffs.

Fantastic company and brand. The US and Europe are two very different businesses though, despite Plaid's best efforts. The culture, incentives and overall opportunity is much greater in the US.
