Executive Management seems to be out of touch with reality in the market. Acquisitions have changed the culture not for the good. There are a lot of talented people throughout the organization and they are trying to compensate for the lack of personality at the C-level. Sales management is some of the best I have worked with in software. It gets weaker up the chain. Very hands on management team at 1st and 2nd level which keeps the engine running.

I was at Planview 10+ years. My manager was probably the best I had throughout my sales career. He provided good company visibility and I visa-versa.
