Former Employee2.4Nov 20, 2023During my time at Planview, there was no specific "ICP" that we were all looking for. With the company having 4 mergers in the 20 months I was there, it was hard to pinpoint whether or not the product was really a "market fit". So many different personas and not one singular path to success.

Current Employee2.4Jul 19, 2024Very few reps hitting quota, inbound lead flow extremely slow, layoffs every 3 months
Current Employee4.1Nov 5, 2025Planview is currently struggling to pay it's employees appropriately, consistently missing sales targets and having to defer COL adjustments and promotions twice in the last 3 years with minimal explanation from leadership. Culture and People are great but you do have to pay your employees
