Planview is currently struggling to pay it's employees appropriately, consistently missing sales targets and having to defer COL adjustments and promotions twice in the last 3 years with minimal explanation from leadership. Culture and People are great but you do have to pay your employees

People are great on the sales team. Only problem is that the sales org is heavily reliant on inbound opps, with less than 10% coming from outbound activities, which can mess with your ability to hit quota.
