Not a lot hitting quota. Very competitive market. Targets bit unrealistic aswell as meetings and pg. very little going for you and heavily outbound as a AE. Accounts are messy.

Tale of two cities, pre-VC/post-VC ... It was the best of times it was the worst of times. There were a lot of really great people at this company, and is what made it such a great place to work. Then Vista happened, and it all went down hill. Executives left, and new leadership never really understood who PS was or what made it good.

Pluralsight business development is in an interesting space. Both corporate and fed/sled is strapped for budget, with fed/sled having a bit more money to work with. Fortunately sales leadership takes this into consideration with quotas and expectations creating very achievable goals.
