Former Employee Compensation is constantly changing so reps don’t even know what it is till after they are supposed to get paid. They look for creative ways to not pay reps and claw back as much as possible saying you didn’t meet certain criteria. Because they tell you this after pay day, there isn’t anything you can do about it, and you are stuck with less or much less than you expected. Claw backs are due to technicalities and NOT for cancelations/non paying customers.
