Not a bad company in regards to day to day work as an SDR. Outbound is as always a grind, and with the amount of recent changes, it has become a challenge to adapt. There are steps being taken at the moment to polish the skills of SDRs with/ talks of promotion paths once again open. Overall, good company to start your role in sales with the potential for improvement and promotions if you perform well.

Sales team turnover incredibly high, 11 changes in 9 months in one team. No flexibility, Low base, bad commission structure.
