Not a bad company in regards to day to day work as an SDR. Outbound is as always a grind, and with the amount of recent changes, it has become a challenge to adapt. There are steps being taken at the moment to polish the skills of SDRs with/ talks of promotion paths once again open. Overall, good company to start your role in sales with the potential for improvement and promotions if you perform well.

Product and base compensation is very very good. It is not for people who do not like hard work or cannot deal with pressure.

Very cool company with a great product. Lots of cold calling. Not a ton of structure in regards to area management. Salesforce accounts need a cleanup
