Former Employee Podium has been going through growing pains as they try to scale toward an eventual IPO. I was onboarded with 30+ other reps and was 1 of 2 to last a year. That being said, they have moved away from the AE 1 role and now have a bridge role between SDR & AE which is helping with employee churn. The best way to work is through their robust collection of channel partnerships which allow you to outbound a lot more effectively! Product is awesome, employee churn is kind of crazy. Comp was low but that role has been phased out. Base pay is more in the 70K range now.
