Product market fit is great however they make promises they cannot deliver on which is what has caused their sales org to churn at 100% over one year. In summary, great product but poor culture/leadership that is dragging them down.

Not a good experience, underpaid in an oversaturated market. Management is often the result of being at the right place at the right time and not based on experience. Leading to very little professional guidance.
