It’s hard to tell who’s actually leading the sales org these days. Some weeks it’s the CEO, other times it’s Marketing, but it’s almost never the actual sales leaders. Never seen a company that micromanages their sales process the way Postman does. They think every account functions like a fortune 100 and pay no attention to the mid market team.

CRO left the company and the result is a trend in the wrong direction(If they can event settle on a direction). They are unable to accurately forecast growth/demand OR they are flooding the floor. Next FY will be a struggle if you don't have luck or favoritism. New reps will be given poor territory if you don't inherit a good vacant one(Low odds).

Executive leadership has rejected feedback from sales and sales leadership which has negatively impacted the ability to sell to Enterprises. There is a lack of differentiation across license tiers and no substantial driver for Enterprises to adopt the Enterprise offering.
