Current Employee CRO left the company and the result is a trend in the wrong direction(If they can event settle on a direction). They are unable to accurately forecast growth/demand OR they are flooding the floor. Next FY will be a struggle if you don't have luck or favoritism. New reps will be given poor territory if you don't inherit a good vacant one(Low odds).
