Current Employee Lead flow is nearly nonexistent, culture is very dry and celebrates "ruthless" salespeople, customers love the product but don't want to pay to it. Outbound deals are possible but take 3+ months for relatively low ARR. Selling to a highly technical persona so tech knowledge is definitely more necessary than they lead on in hiring. Currently overhiring AEs and leadership acknowledges that quota attainment is going to be lower than last year.
