Current Employee My overall experience at postman started as positive but has declined over time. New CRO seems to be hiring like crazy (despite the fact that no one, and I mean no one, is hitting quota… there are reps forecasting 10% of their quota this quarter) and I have a hard time believing a RIF won’t be coming next year as a result. Hard to say what his motivation or strategy is behind this, because he never speaks to the sales org outside of an occasional monotone all hands. Not sure why we hired a CRO that refuses to speak to customers or get to know the sellers, but here we are. If you’re thinking of coming here, don’t. All of the good leaders have left or likely will soon.
