Current Employee4.4Mar 22, 2025Targets are achievable. Only downside is some reps get lucky with huge accounts from inbound while others get crumbs. No SDRs in SMB so there is expectation to outbound consistently every day. I personally don’t mind doing outbound but could be a deal breaker for some AEs.

Current Employee3.0Sep 5, 2025Quotas have sky rocketed with no explanation. Leadership is pushing hard for pipe but once pipe targets are hit they're still not happy. changed the comp structure which has also lowered team moral and the desire to work more/harder
