Common ‘more is better’ mistake is being made for a while. Don’t hire more sales when reps don’t hit the number.. Former Employee2.1May 8, 2024Huge turnover at Proofpoint, well over 30% in the first year. I was never lied to worse in my career than when I joined Proofpoint. Not a single thing was delivered that was promised. The manager that did all that got promoted. That should say it all right there.
