Former Employee Lacks culture, people over profits model where mediocrity reigns and performance is not measured holistically. This company has a lot of potential if they can shift their focus from being a family to a sports team that wants to outperform.
There are a few leaders in the exec. team who are holding onto the seat with dear life and barely do any work and good at hiding their calendars. This company has not been able to practice transparency with its wider employees and is very tight lipped around finances of the company. they have a hard time making changes and like to work within old and outdated comp. models and sales team structure.
This is not the company that promotes innovation and testing new ideas, this is a company where you go to smile and dial
