We recognize that there were several issues with our comp plan as we integrated into our parent business overseas, however we are very happy that we implemented a new comp plan in June, 2025, that is quite competitive and lucrative. We agree that our sales leaders are great, and that they care a lot about their employees! Sorry that your time here did not work out and best of luck to you in the future.
