Too many initiatives and we are failing to any one of them well. Enterprise seems to be the focus. We have been told to avoid deals under a certain threshold to focus on bigger opportunities. Leadership is all over the place scrambling for a solution.

Very clear now that Qualtrics is struggling for product market fit - we are getting beat by competitors in almost all SMB/Mid-Market comparisons. Basic AI can do what we do fairly easily, seems like we lost our competitive edge.

Qualtrics is good company with great product, but market is saturated and quotas make absolute no sense. We all carry USD quota but the AUD is doing terribly, no one makes their number in the company.
