I like all people in my team. However, the executive team is not transparent enough as they preached in during the interview. My manager never assign me anything important and no career planning at all

Since the Silverlake acquisition everything took a downturn from culture to mood. Lots of pressure in sales no market fit solution, lack of innovation. No clear path to transition to a new company. Lack of empathy from the leadership team and last but not least rigid to no processes. Everything’s very chaotic
