Qualtrics is a great product but is not marketed well in every vertical. Some reps have not gotten a single inbound lead in years. Hopefully the company starts investing in marketing for some verticals. Without an aligned marketing strategy AEs need to work overtime to generate leads. The product does fit most every market very well but the brand awareness is definitely not as strong in some verticals.

The amount of turnover in leadership, territories and product/AE alignment in the 19 months that I have been at Qualtrics has made success challenging.
