Sales leadership is pretty poor across the globe. Company does leverage its own EX technology but does necessarily listen across the board. Outlook for wider market segment is pretty bleak. AI tools are rapidly impacting the sector and impacting the value customer can generate from the solution. The business hasnt necessarily kept up with future trends and is definitely not on the cutting edge of AI tech.

There are is still a huge opportunity to succeed but expect to get there on your own, training, internal systems, and marketing are all the worst I've seen in the industry. Great if you are on a good team, terrible on a bad one.
