Current Employee -The sales org will say there is 50%+ AEs hitting quota, but less than 10% are fully ramped.
-Sales books are constantly being shifted and do not make sense but there is favoritism in distribution.
-The product is difficult to sell, as the Experience Management space is still in infancy stage and most companies outside of enterprise companies do not have budget for an expensive product like Qualtrics.
-Very few people are happy here. The culture is toxic and the tone is very negative.
-Forcing a return to office policy to get people to quit so they don't have to pay severance (just laid off 15% of employees and gave ~500 others until Mar 31 as they have to train their offshore replacements)
-Internal processes are a nightmare and enablement is weak.
-Engineering and support are now being offshored and support has really gone downhill.
