This is one of the worst Enterprise sales roles I have ever had. Each month there is a new directive and the internal processes are horrible. C-Suite leaders say that they care about Quota Carrying Reps but their actions do not reflect this. I do not recommend this company. They let go of some amazing people in October and are hiring in Mexico City to save money.

Overall, Qualtrics is a great company with a world class product. Since being acquired a year ago, employees have definitely felt the shift to a more rigid, “top down decision-making” approach, but they’ve hired some incredible people at all levels and it’s those people that continue to make Qualtrics a special place that continues to succeed and grow.
