Overall, Qualtrics is a great company with a world class product. Since being acquired a year ago, employees have definitely felt the shift to a more rigid, “top down decision-making” approach, but they’ve hired some incredible people at all levels and it’s those people that continue to make Qualtrics a special place that continues to succeed and grow. They’ve created some strong incentives that encourage employees to build their career here, and they’re very intentional about opening up opportunities for promotions and shifting positions within the organization.

Qualtrics has the infrastructure and resources in place today to close large enterprise deals which cannot be said at most software companies. We are seeing more and more 7 and 8-figure deals each quarter. Also, Qualtrics is the clear market leader and category creator in the XM space.
