I’m working at Qualtrics for 2 years after acquisition by a PE firm, I’ve loved my experience. However, it’s clear that the PE is making things much leaner at the expense of the great culture that Qualtrics had 2 years ago. Many are jumping after recent job cuts in October and January, with more on deck for March. It’s taking a toll on the morale. How we I firmly believe that Qualtrics will end up on top in the end, but it will cost employees a lot to get there.

if you value cereal and food in the office more than compensation pick this place. Many changes with SAP and other acquisitions as well.
