Poor development, poor support internally, changes happen and you don’t find out about them until it’s too late, turnover is high, and no one hits their number. The benefits are pretty good but that is about the only thing I can say positive at the moment.

Current Employee2.6Nov 12, 2025Qualtrics has changed significantly and has become less sales friendly. Commission structure has weakened while adding more work to the AE's. Unfortunately favoritism still plays a key role with regards to who gets some on the best accounts and promotions.
