They keep moving the goal post farther and farther, adding more tasks to the AEs plate, and seemingly seeing how much that can make us do without adjusting our pay.

Ineffective leaders in high-ranking positions lack the courage to challenge anything. It’s a really hard job since it’s in tech when tech is in a downturn and the product is a “nice-to-have” when budgets are more scrutinized than ever. On top of that, constant whispers of layoffs among the private equity take over along with like 10% of sellers hitting quota have really diminished the culture.

Used to be better but they change your territories so often there is no continuity (at least for me) over my time here it's difficult to finally land and expand clients.
