Former Employee Ineffective leaders in high-ranking positions lack the courage to challenge anything. We are pressured to sell underdeveloped or unreleased products and are essentially told that unless a client spends $100k, their business is not valued. Book distribution is laughable; some reps have only 100 customers, while others at the same level have 15. There’s no inbound strategy, and the SDR organization has completely gamified the entire inbound process. Meetings are only scheduled for reps that the SDR knows will qualify meetings regardless of the situation. Overall, it’s a toxic work environment. Browse Other Reviews
