Qualtrics was probably great once upon a time but in this economy it is tough to sell. The product is solid but the internal processes that are required to sell are convoluted and tedious. They make it very difficult to sell. Once the sale goes through there is hardly any support and the rep is then left out to dry to be the support, success, and sales point of contact. Too much work for an over complicated product.

A good starting point for your career - culture, leadership, systems, & processes are all over the place. Not the easiest product to sell

Things are getting more corporate by the day but over this is still a decent place to work. The PE acquisition has had some really positive effects like improving our internal operations but their need to cut down on cost has been noticeable. Their biggest impact was noticed at our X4 event in March.
