Current Employee Qualtrics is no longer a customer or sales driven organization, its margin driven. Its a game of how many resources leadership can take away to increase margins, while asking the sales team to do more. Comp structure is now horrible, need a PhD to figure it out and the underlying measures are wrong without a path to get someone to fix them. I'd look elsewhere unless it was an highly CX focused territory (bigger deals). Browse Other Reviews
