Leadership + Management has no idea what they're doing right now. Very few reps hitting quota, leadership seems to be solely focused on agentic which we are not close to.

The company is a really fun to work for. The lead flow coming in is very slim right now. Only 20% are hitting their numbers. A lot of people are in performance plans
