Their product is good but confusing to sell, the training on the product is also confusing. I had a fantastic manager, but maybe I just got lucky. Also their pricing for their product is not upfront, their product can literally cost anything and for me that was weird to sell and felt morally wrong, in fact I lost a few deals because the pricing wasn't transparent. Overall I learned a lot in the role, but no place is perfect.

Leadership and layoffs were very poorly done. Silverlake is making drastic changes that have been unpopular and has made it a less desirable workplace.
