Former Employee I've never witnessed such poor performance across the board for hitting quota. The organization sells "experience" solutions, and the internal employee experience scores have been horrible YOY. No one trusts leadership. Roles, territories, and quotas change regularly and there's constant uncertainty. Cannot stress enough what a boys club this is. Women aren't given the same opportunities as men, period. Women who are outperforming men, are still the first to go. Men are climbing the corp ladder and stepping on the women outperforming them. Hardly any women in leadership here and when the org was publicly traded it was public knowledge that the women who are in leadership are paid less than the men. Regardless of your gender, tread very carefully with this company.
