Qualtrics is a company without a soul following its acquisition by private equity firm silverlake. It’s a shame as the company used to be a great place to work with engaged and motivated employees working towards a common goal. The only care in the world in Qualtrics now is revenue. Would avoid at all costs.

When I started at Qualtrics in 2021, the company was great to work for, but after they changed the country manager, unfortunately it became unbearable, terrible leadership

Sales org used to be awesome, it has definitely gone down hill with the culture. Product is awesome and the company will be amazing again once it get's through it's growing pains with the PE firm.
