Quest is in serious trouble. Products have lost market fit and new leadership has been brought in to try to turn things around. After account reassignment mid year, nearly no one is hitting goal. OTEs are criminally under market. New leadership is here to make a quick payout. All goals are shortsighted and everyone is disposable. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Lower than average base pay. Good leadership. Quotas fluctuated, reasonable at the start of the year but continued rising as the year went on.
