The sales org changes continuously. Though there has been opportunity to be promoted within, the raises are small and virtually non-negotiable, with compensation far below market. I left prior to their first lay-off just last summer, but colleagues have told me morale has gone down (and of course quotas up) since.

Great training to learn the role. Will work you like a dog and make you feel as any issues are on you and because of you. Very DEI focused and filling of those boxes. They do not hire on merit but on box filling.
