Great training to learn the role. Will work you like a dog and make you feel as any issues are on you and because of you. Very DEI focused and filling of those boxes. They do not hire on merit but on box filling.

Disappointing experience overall. While most fellow AEs are hardworking and supportive, the company suffers from poor leadership and inconsistent direction. Front line leadership is not great. Certain people are only in their leadership role because of tribal knowledge and not actual merit. Commercial team sells but it's all fools money based off of price hikes and compliance. Strat and Enterprise segments lack the vision/leadership for success.

Great product and coworkers in US. Although price increases have been sprung on customers every year with zero added value, churn is high bc of this and a lot of the responsibility falls on AE’s.
