It was good and then it started to decline and just become a yelling match. I would prefer to work elsewhere as the company had made bad decisions In the past which are now effecting the way we sell today. Pipeline has dried up and sales tactics are needing to change. There is a good work life balance at QuickBase however a lot of stress is creeping in.

My overall experience was positive from a leadership/culture perspective. Compensation ranges differ a great deal if you are coming in from the outside versus promoted from within, this has caused some disparity. It is a complex product to sell, platform product with infinite use-cases.
