It was good and then it started to decline and just become a yelling match. I would prefer to work elsewhere as the company had made bad decisions In the past which are now effecting the way we sell today. Pipeline has dried up and sales tactics are needing to change. There is a good work life balance at QuickBase however a lot of stress is creeping in.

New CRO who is focused on SMB/Commercial activity and does not seem to understand Enterprise and Strategic motions. Constant account changes and team alignment has caused performance to struggle this year. Product and pockets of teams still make organization successful.

Good people and good product. It can be complex to learn and sell but is an extremely powerful platform with infinite use cases. Leadership is approachable but overwhelmed.
