The company is going through a restructuring. It used to be the software that could be anything, and now they're more focused on verticalization, which will be construction and manufacturing. The base sucks, but if you sell new business, you do get a 2k kicker for new logo deals over 15k, which helps to make up for that gap. The expansion side is struggling, seeing they need to close 1.2 million to make 40k. Most high-performing reps are leaving. Management is starting to micromanage by tracking metrics very heavily. The company will get better, but it will take time.

I’ve been enjoying my time at Quickbase so far! I’ve gotten really lucky with my manager although I’ve heard many other like their managers too.

Great training to learn the role. Will work you like a dog and make you feel as any issues are on you and because of you. Very DEI focused and filling of those boxes. They do not hire on merit but on box filling.
