Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall, leadership has taken a position to micro-manage the Enterprise Expand segment. Commission rates have been adjusted down and quotas have been increased between 30%-50%. last year only 2 out of 20 AEs hit quota. Maybe another 2-3 were within 70% of their quota. Because of multiple back to back pricing increases, churn is high. There is a larger emphasis on focusing on new buy centers but not enough resources or enablement is being provided to ensure AEs are successful in this new motion. 20% of each week is spent on meetings (minimum).
